Bigg VPN — Delete your account or data

You can delete your Bigg VPN account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This ends account access and deletes the email/account information and associated data, except limited records retained for legal, security or dispute purposes as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Without the app, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject ‘Bigg VPN account deletion’. Free users without an email account can request device-data deletion and provide their Bigg device ID from Settings. We may ask for proportionate proof that the account or device belongs to you; do not send passwords, verification codes or card details. We respond within the time required by applicable law, normally one month.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Cancel renewal in Google Play or Apple subscriptions to avoid further charges; deletion alone does not stop billing or issue a refund. You can request deletion even if you still have a subscription.
