What We Do Not Log
We do not create activity logs of the websites you visit, the content you view, the files you transfer, or the DNS queries you make through the VPN connection. We do not sell your personal information.
Our VPN servers necessarily process network traffic in transit to provide the VPN service, but we do not use that traffic to build a profile of your browsing activity.
Information We Collect
Device and app information
When the app connects to our backend, we may collect a random app device identifier, app version, operating system, operating system version, device model, locale, time zone, VPN connection state, selected or active VPN server information, timestamps, and the public IP address used to reach our service.
Service usage and diagnostics
We may collect technical events needed to operate the app, assign servers, keep sessions working, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and understand service quality. If you contact support or submit diagnostics, we may receive your message, email address, app logs, device details, connection state, and related troubleshooting information.
Crash logs
On Android, we use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and non-fatal error reports. These reports may include stack traces, app version, device model, operating system version, device state at the time of the crash, app diagnostic breadcrumbs, and the app device identifier so we can investigate issues.
Ads and ad analytics
The app displays ads. We use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and may use mediation partners to request, load, show, and measure ads. Ad partners may process information such as ad request data, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising identifiers where available under your platform settings, ad impressions, clicks, and other ad performance data.
We also collect ad event analytics in our backend, including ad unit type, request/load/show/dismiss/reward events, timestamps, temporary session ID, app version, operating system version, device model, network type, mediation adapter, load duration, and ad error codes or messages. These events help us keep ads working and measure app reliability.
