This Privacy Policy explains how BIGG SOFTWARE LTD processes information for Bigg VPN, its free ad-supported service and optional Premium subscriptions.
Accounts, Premium and your data
Where available, free users may see clearly labelled advertiser posters hosted by Bigg and selected by app language, not VPN browsing history. We count displays and clicks, using short-lived pseudonymous identifiers to avoid duplicate counts. Detailed counting records are normally removed after about three days; daily aggregates may remain for 90 days and campaign totals longer. Advertisers receive aggregate reports, not your account or VPN browsing data. Opening an advertiser link takes you to their service and privacy policy. You can report a poster through its information button. Active Premium hides these posters too.
Free VPN use does not require an email account. To purchase Premium, register or sign in with an email address and a one-time verification code. We process your email, verification records, account and device identifiers, session records and subscription status to authenticate you and provide Premium. Keep access to your mailbox; never share verification codes. Signing in on another device may end the previous account session.
Google Play processes Android purchases. We receive purchase tokens, product and order identifiers, purchase/expiry times and billing status to verify, restore and manage access and prevent fraud. We do not receive your full card details. Premium removes all in-app ads, including banners, while active, whether purchased or granted by an administrator. Free access is ad-supported.
Our providers include hosting/VPN infrastructure, Zoho for verification and service emails, Google Play for purchases, Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, and CAS.ai, Google AdMob, Yandex and their mediation partners where enabled for advertising. Ad events can include estimated impression revenue. Advertising SDKs may collect their own device, IP and advertising data; we do not provide VPN browsing content to advertisers. Provider availability varies by app version and platform.
We keep account information while the account is active and delete it when deletion is completed, except information needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Limited purchase/accounting records may remain for applicable statutory periods, and backups expire through their normal rotation. Diagnostic logs are automatically removed under short retention windows; aggregated service statistics may remain. Contact us for the retention details applicable to your data. Uninstalling alone does not delete an account or cancel a subscription.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local authority. Contact [email protected]. International processing may occur; contact us for details of providers, destinations and applicable transfer safeguards. We seek consent where required rather than treating use of the app as consent to advertising.

What We Do Not Log
We do not create activity logs of the websites you visit, the content you view, the files you transfer, or the DNS queries you make through the VPN connection. We do not sell your personal information.
Our VPN servers necessarily process network traffic in transit to provide the VPN service, but we do not use that traffic to build a profile of your browsing activity.
Information We Collect
Device and app information
When the app connects to our backend, we may collect a random app device identifier, app version, operating system, operating system version, device model, locale, time zone, VPN connection state, selected or active VPN server information, timestamps, and the public IP address used to reach our service.
Service usage and diagnostics
We may collect technical events needed to operate the app, assign servers, keep sessions working, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and understand service quality. If you contact support or submit diagnostics, we may receive your message, email address, app logs, device details, connection state, and related troubleshooting information.
Crash logs
On Android, we use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and non-fatal error reports. These reports may include stack traces, app version, device model, operating system version, device state at the time of the crash, app diagnostic breadcrumbs, and the app device identifier so we can investigate issues.
Ads and ad analytics
The app displays ads. We use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and may use mediation partners to request, load, show, and measure ads. Ad partners may process information such as ad request data, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising identifiers where available under your platform settings, ad impressions, clicks, and other ad performance data.
We also collect ad event analytics in our backend, including ad unit type, request/load/show/dismiss/reward events, timestamps, temporary session ID, app version, operating system version, device model, network type, mediation adapter, load duration, and ad error codes or messages. These events help us keep ads working and measure app reliability.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Bigg VPN.

Bigg VPN is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy and will change the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent where required by law.
