Bigg VPN is operated by BIGG SOFTWARE LTD, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] for service, payment or privacy questions. These terms apply to use of Bigg VPN alongside the applicable app-store terms; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Free use is available without email registration and contains ads. Purchasing Premium requires a verified email account. Premium provides access to Premium servers and removes all in-app ads while active. Administrator-granted Premium lasts until its stated expiry and does not itself create a paid subscription. An account is for one person; signing in elsewhere may sign out the previous device.
Available plans renew automatically every month, three months or six months unless cancelled. The purchase screen and store checkout show the total price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and any offer before confirmation. A multi-month price is charged for the whole period, not monthly. Availability and local prices vary; the store checkout controls the amount charged. No trial is included unless explicitly offered.
Android purchases use Google Play Billing and its supported payment methods, not a separate Bigg card form. Where an iOS subscription is offered, it uses Apple In-App Purchase. Manage or cancel renewal through the store where you purchased. Cancel before the next renewal (for Apple, at least 24 hours before the period ends). Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends; deleting the app or account does not cancel store billing. Use Restore purchases with the same store account and the associated Bigg account; contact us if restoration fails. Purchases are not automatically transferable between stores or Bigg accounts.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. Refund eligibility follows the store's policies and applicable consumer law, including any mandatory withdrawal rights. Request a Google Play refund at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 or an Apple refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com; you may also contact us for help. We do not exclude statutory refunds or remedies. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose Premium access.
Use the service lawfully and do not abuse, attack or resell it without permission. Connection speed and availability depend on networks, location and server conditions; no specific speed, uninterrupted access or ability to bypass every restriction is guaranteed. We may restrict abusive use and make necessary service changes, subject to consumer rights. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law and store rules. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
